Sweet Baby Girl

We have a baby girl in the family that we don't get to see too often so I was inspired to create this layout as I was thinking about little Audra. It's a sweet innocent layout to match her personality. On the left page, there is a spot for a larger photo along with a small 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 photo and room to journal. On the right page you can put as many photos on as you can fit! The layouts are already put together so all you have to do is add your photos and a bit of journaling and you are done!

Happy Scrapping!

Our football season is over:(

McGwire's football team lost in the second round of the tournament on Saturday. It was really sad because his little Wisconsin Badger's had an undefeated season. No team even scored against them. Sooo they came in 3rd out of 18 teams. Not to bad huh!! In honor of a fun season I decided to make a single page football layout for the shop. Any jersey color will match and it is super simple to put together. I will have it on display on Tuesday and the cost is $8.50.
Our creative outlet has 11 designers contributing now. Each time I'm there I come out inspired and ready to scrapbook or mail a card to someone special. Speaking of cards have you seen any of them? They are professional I'm telling you. I have vowed never to buy another card from anywhere but our cute little creative outlet. In the next few weeks I will be posting layouts from all of the other girls so you will be able to see the wonderful variety that spills out of that place!!! I will get some cards too.
Enjoy what is left of the weekend.

I got so excited I forgot a few things!!

I forgot to mention the project that I have been working on for the shop. It is called the "EVERYDAY LIFE SERIES"! It will be a one page layout each month about everyday events that happen in people's lives. Things that in twenty years will be so fun to look back on. My debut page is all ready hanging up and is titled "TODAY". It is how a typical day is spent. Each kit will cost between $7.00 and $8.00 and will come out around the 1st of each month. (this one will be a little early because I just can't wait to get started.) Each kit will have all of the pieces cut so all that will have to be done is adhering things down, add journaling and pictures. My goal is to make it easy enough that only a small amount of time will be spent putting it together. There will only be a few kits available but if you email me I will be happy to make an extra.

I also wanted to say thank you to all that have shopped at "our creative outlet" and for telling others about us. We are starting to get noticed!! Can I get a whewww hoooo!!!?

Sincerely,
Shannon

autumn layout

Did you know that the majority of the designers in "our creative outlet" serve on scrapbook design teams locally and around the country? The rest of the designers have worked in the scrapbooking industry for many years. Jolene Johnston is no exception. She is currently on several design teams and is a freelance designer for Scrapbook corner. She has designed this "Autumn" layout exclusively for our shop. Her professionalism really shows in all the little details that she has added in the dimensional leaves, ribbon and rhinestones. There are only 3 kits available and they are only $7.00 each!!!!

Christmas layout and ribbon box

If I don't keep my products out where I can see them I don't use them. This hand crafted ribbon box made by Tracey Bish helps keep ribbons organized and out for all to see. It is a one of a kind and only $15.00.
Christmas is just around the corner and our designers at the Logan Village Mall are trying to help you get a jump start on your shopping. There are new holiday layouts, cards and fun stuff arriving daily. Tracey is sure to get you in the spirit with her new Christmas layout too. There are only a few available and they are $15.00 each. If you would like to purchase this layout and can't make it into the shop you can email us at ourcreativeoutlet@gmail.com and we will be glad to ship it to you.
Have a great weekend,
Shannon

p.s. One of the ways we are trying to keep things unique at "our creative outlet" in the Logan Village Mall is by offering many one of a kind items and by only making a very limited number of individual kits.

things are selling

Another exciting day at the Logan Village Mall! Our things are selling. I thought it would take a few months for things to start moving but it looks like we are beginning to get noticed!!! Our wall is getting fuller and fuller as more of our designers put their beautiful pages up!! Our goal is to have the wall full by November 1st. As it fills up I will add more pictures.
Tracey Bish just added this layout to the wall!! If any of you know any "red hat hotties" please let them know that a layout is waiting for them!!
On a personal note......
Tomorrow is Noblesville's homecoming and the parade will march right by the Mall around 3:30. If any of you are on the square stop by and check us out! Since my daughter is a Freshman it has been such an exciting week with the dance, powder puff game (freshman beat the sophomore's-rock on!!!) the parade and now the boys varsity football game. Madi will get to cheer at the game. How cool is that? We have always loved Noblesville but now that we have a high schooler it is even more of a blast! Sooooo... GO MILLERS!!!!!!! I will post the score on Saturday!! Enjoy your weekend! It looks like we will get a lot of sunshine and warm weather!!!

Carolyn wins!!

I went into the shop twice today just for a visit! The first time I was there the manager told me that two of Carolyn's cards had all ready sold!!! You go girl!!! What will go next? I can't wait to see. The second time I went in I was shocked! The shelves that were bare just a few hours earlier were suddenly full of wonderful little books, scrapbook kits and paper crafts! It was like the scrapbook fairy had come while I was away! Jolene Johnson and Lisa Fritz moved in and spruced up the place. It looks great! Good luck and welcome you two!

Beth Price is in the shop!

Beth just put these things in the shop! The two page "merry christmas" layout sells for $16.00 and the one page "good night moon" is $14.00. She only made a few kits so if you are interested you better run on over to Logan Village and get them. They are darling and won't last long.
